Admissions Process


Belvedere International School Al Ain encourage all our children to achieve their full potential. This is the first step on that journey.
The parents of prospective students should contact our Admissions Registrar to arrange a preliminary meeting and a tour of the school. All information regarding the admissions process will be given to you at this point.

Essential documents for Application
    1. Completed Application Form
    2. Recent student passport photograph x 1 (plain with white background)
    3. Copy of student’s residence visa (not required for GCC students)
    4. Copy of student’s Emirates ID (both sides)
    5. Copy of student’s birth certificate (attested, and if not in English then translated into Arabic)
    6. Copy of student’s previous school report for 2 previous years (not required if FS2)
    7. Copy of father’s passport
    8. Copy of father’s residence visa (not required for GCC nationals)
    9. Copy of father’s Emirate’s ID (both sides)
    10. Copy of mother’s passport
    11. Copy of mother’s residence ID (not required for GCC nationals)
    12. Copy of mother’s Emirate’s ID (both sides)

Where residence visas and Emirates ID cards are being processed, please obtain a letter from your sponsor (on letterhead) which states this.

Assessment

Your child will then be invited for an introductory meeting / entry assessment at the school. If this is successful, then a formal letter of offer and acceptance form will be emailed to you within 5 days.
